We will also be having a Hold and Secure Drill on Monday. This drill is done to practice for a situation where there may be a neighbourhood security concern. During a Hold and Secure Drill, the bells are rung and students make their way into the building. Outside doors are locked classroom windows and shutters are closed. Students continue to work in their classrooms until the school is released from Hold and Secure by designated personnel. In a Hold and Secure situation, the doors are not opened for anyone trying to come in.
